The algorithmic generation of synthetic images drastically reduces the time-consuming process of manual labelling and enables rapid, customised solutions – even when only limited real-world training data is available.

With TrainVision, AI projects do not have to start from scratch. We offer trained models that are ready for immediate deployment – for example, for the highly accurate detection of vehicle numbers (EVNs), hazard placards and labels, wheel brake information, or anomalies in accordance with GCU defect criteria. Our high-performance models are trained to process images of moving trains on decentralised infrastructure in real time.

Data and IT Sovereignty

TrainVision is designed to operate independently of any specific IT infrastructure and integrates seamlessly into a wide range of cloud and on-premises environments. This prevents vendor lock-in and allows you to transfer all processes and technologies directly to your own IT infrastructure. In addition, you retain 100% of the rights to use and exploit your training data and the models generated specifically for you.

Verifiable Safety

Our models are created using a fully traceable and reproducible generation and validation pipeline developed specifically for the rail industry. This provides a secure foundation for a validation-ready process for applications in accordance with Basic Integrity (SIL 0, EN 50716).

Maximum Flexibility

Thanks to their lightweight architecture, our models process images in real time (8-30 ms). TrainVision can run as an Edge AI Inference Module directly on site, on stationary systems or mobile devices.
